Shipment Processing

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days but may take up to 5-7 business days to ship your order.  If we are experience a high volume of orders or production delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  If there are significant delays in your order, our Customer Service team will contact you.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  
  • Orders are typically received with 5-7 business days after you receive Shipment Confirmation. 
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  
  • No PO Boxes, please
  • Living iQ ships to addresses within the U.S. and APO/FPO/DPO.
  • We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes.  

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and it will contain the tracking number(s).  The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.  

Multiple items ordered at the same time may not be delivered at the same time.  

If you have any issues obtaining your tracking number please contact customerservice@livingiq.com for assistance. 

 

Damages

Living iQ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact cs@novationiq.com for assistance. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as you may be required to provide photographs of the damage. 

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.
