At Living iQ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below are more details about refunds and returns.

Returns
We have a 30-day return period. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned and inspected, we’ll send you an email to let you know we received it. We’ll also notify you as to whether your refund has been approved.
If it has been approved, your refund will be processed. We’ll automatically credit your card or the original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, you may want to:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via cs@novationiq.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll be glad to replace it. To exchange it for the same item, please email cs@novationiq.com and our team will advise of next steps.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note Living iQ does not cover shipping costs for returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the arrival time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
