Q: Does the airbed I purchased have a warranty?

A: Yes. Your airbed comes with a Limited Warranty that’s valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Keep the receipt or confirmation email as well as the instruction manual. Proof of purchase will be required and must accompany warranty claims. Without it, the Limited Warranty is invalid. Q: What if my airbed is defective? 

A: Our airbeds are designed to meet the highest possible quality standards. In the unlikely event that your airbed is defective, please contact our customer service team at 913.492.6000 so we can assist you.


Q: How should I clean my airbed?

A: If needed, you may clean the PVC on the sides and bottom of your airbed with a mild dishwashing detergent or household cleaner. Do not use strong chemicals or other compounds, which may impact durability. Be sure to let your airbed dry completely after cleaning and before storing.


Q: How should I store my airbed?

A: When not in use, we recommend storing your airbed in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures and sunlight. Airbeds should always remain at room temperature. Do not store your airbed folded inside a sofa-bed, futon or roll-away bed. Not only can it damage the airbed, improper storage will void your warranty.


Q: Can this airbed be used as an every day mattress/bed?

A: No. Living iQ airbeds are not designed for ongoing, everyday use or as an alternative to a standard mattress. Instead, they’re meant for occasional use and fun events like sleepovers, camping trips or family travel.


Q: My airbed has a leak. How can I repair a leak?

A: You’ll want to locate the source of the leak, then make any necessary repairs by following these steps:

  • Make sure that all the valves are secure.
  • If they are secure, mix water and liquid soap into a spray bottle, then mist it onto the seams of the airbed.
  • If there’s a leak, it will start to bubble at the source of the leak.
  • Use the repair-patch kit that came with your airbed, following the instructions carefully.


Q: There’s a leak on the plush side of my airbed. Will the patch kit work there too?

A: Yes. However, you will need to gently remove the plush material using sandpaper or an emery board before you repair the leak.


Q: My airbed seems to be losing air after my first use. Why is this happening?

A: In the first few days of use, your airbed may become soft and require some additional inflation to maintain the desired firmness. This is normal because the PVC is being stretched for the first time. It’s a natural characteristic of new plastic.


Q: I’m worried about over-inflation. How do I avoid it?

A: Good thinking. First of all, don’t use a high-pressure air compressor to inflate your airbed. While inflating, listen closely for a high-pitched whining sound, which will signal that the airbed is now inflated to its fullest, firmest capacity. Once it’s fully inflated, you’re ready to remove the pump and tighten the valve cap.


Q: Is this airbed safe for my infant or young child to sleep on?

A: No. You should never place an infant to sleep on an airbed due to a suffocation risk. Infants and children can be entrapped between the inflatable airbed and an adjacent vertical surface. Provide at least 2 feet width space between the the inflatable airbed and adjacent vertical surfaces such as walls, dressers, or other stationary objects.
